Very quiet and peaceful place. Service very nice and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. When in Orvieto again we will definitely be back.
Clean, good parking, decent breakfast. A bit run down. Shower cabin is tiny. There is a chapel that forms an integral part of the main lobby, but it is no longer in use, a bit sad to see.
Please avoid this hotel at all costs... I can only assume that this hotel was once used for the nuns and priests of an order as rooms are very but very....simple!! with horrible mattresses, very bad pillows... single beds made double by placing them together...only one person was attending the front desk or the whole hotel at all.... Horrible bath amenities and not many places to eat around the Hotel.... I would never recommend it and I would ask people to avoid it... if any, this should only be used by pass along hikers or cyclists.... breakfast is typical European but not good nor bad just... safe.... this could easily be a Hostel more than a Hotel ... A/C is terrible.... just don't use this hotel while at Orvieto.... very disappointed after a long drive from Florence ...
This old fashion hotel is a real paradise for the vintage lovers. Fast check-in, big room, clean toilet, marble stairs have been very appreciated. Paddle court, church, big parking lot and many more amenities are sign features of this hotel. Remember it's in Sferracavallo not Orvieto, but this has been a plus for me cause parking in Orvieto city centre is impossible.
Beautiful place but the food is really, really bad, a shame really, but hiring a good chef and buying quality ingredients would make it much better, it's a shame because it's a really beautiful area and the hotel is quite nice.
Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel near Orvieto, Italy, a very unique a picturesque city built on a rocky hill. The rooms are large and have wifi. The breakfast was good, providing a good variety of food.
Clean comfortable and large rooms helpful hotel staff. Ample parking space in the hotel grounds. The only problem we came across was the approach from the main road especially arriving at night.
I had a very bad experience. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.
